You cannot change the spots on a leopard. When ever has Microsoft been out for anything or anyone but Microsoft. Beware people there is a lot of effort being put into gaining first user advantage in blockchain of the masses. When the world does get into crypto the former controllers want to maintain that control. It’s always about control.
Bill Gates obviously does not see things the same way Microsoft does or he is being very deceptive.
The first time I saw Bill Gates talk about cryptocurrency he was very positive about it as an emerging technology that solves many problems.
The last time I saw him talk about crypto currency he discounted it as too volatile and he would not buy it.
It appears Microsoft does not see things that way.

Your mind is totally centralised. EOS is only geographically centralised partially and with its governance structure will again become fully decentralized. I wouldn't worry about EOS it's other CRYPTO like BTC and ETH that have centralisation issues where over 50% of the networks hash power comes from 1 morning pool. XRP XLM have centralisation in the form of one holder had more than 50% holdings. If they dump and you holding the CRYPTO will go to zero. Research all the forms of centralisation and ull see that nothing is fully decentralised and this is the beauty of this space as decentralization has to be compromised for speed, Security, or governance, that's why EOS is fast and ETH and BTC are secure but slow and cant scale. All of these beautiful CRYPTO projects will come together with IBC inter blockchain communication. So let's not disrespect these multi billion dollar projects because we need them all to succeed.
