Just subscribed. So I figured what's so hard about installing a app on my cell until I get to the screen to scan the QR code and I didn't have my laptop working.. lol
So I pulled out one I remembered grandma gave me years ago. Collecting dust and fires it up and bam I had action.
I believe I set it up correct and made the password for the back up. And just was able after logging into one of my Google accounts where it had me scan the code and it worked.
So my question is that the only password I really need to write down was the one for the back up.
And since the cell and laptop shows being the 2 devices connected then I can turn off the setting that allows multiple accounts?
How do you do it without a phone? I only use a flip phone. I will have to get bitcoin somewhere else I guess.
Binance has 2fa and SMS notifications. You can have both enabled, and can use either when making a transaction. Seems that it leaves you vulnerable to phone hack or theft!
Use 2fa it's the best way to make your coins not get scammed

Yeah, one of my friends couldn't log into his Binance because his old phone which had google authenticator, bricked. Lucky for him he didn't have much there. I also use authy and he too, after that day.
