totally agree…the amount of daily and yearly hits these sites get is jaw dropping…and millions pay a few dollars a month for premium content…now they can do it privately using crypto….this isn't just good for Verge, but for crypto in general….because over a billion eyeballs will see Verge as a payment option and start researching what crypto currency is

This was exactly my point as well.

The reason this is so big is because of the EXPOSURE it brings to cryptocurrency as a whole. The porn industry is HUGE, and pornhub is one of it's largest platforms. For Verge to partner with them and for pornhub to endorse the project brings potential for SO MANY MORE eyeballs to reach crypto and blockchain tech as a whole.

This is a big step towards the widespread awareness and eventual adoption of the blockchain into our society, and thats the biggest win here.

Ok I'm gonna post this again. For ppl who don't think long term. And out of the box.

1.) Verge big partnership.
Xvg now has the power to become payment processing, not just payment. This is great because now this crypto has backing.

Try to start a business and go walk into a fortune company and ask for help. None the less start a business and go on shark tank and present an idea. It's hard to get in front of big business.

They can now possibly compete with PayPal , Ayden, Sqaure, PayPal ect.

Without partnership this would be impossible.

2.) This crypto logo is being seen world wide. Brand recognitions is what creates big business. And the logo / name are memorable.

If xvg does make a payment processing company then they will be remembered and will be taken seriously.

TokenPay the partner is making a crypto bank and debit cards.
But it's important they do this but it takes time.

Robert herjavac from shark tank said it's not going to be the crypto that is successful it's gonna be the crypto company that allows it to become main stream successful.

its like a niche market in the sex industry where addicts are willing to pay. I dont feel it at the moment. Unless verge will be accepted in online sex stores also, toys is a big business, and other areas like cam sites. Paying hookers with verge would aslo be awesome, can you imagine getting caught by police and no one has money on them, clear to go. (not that i visit hookers)

I'm neither a pro or a con for Verge, I'm a realist. And ofc just like any wise/safe investors, I dumped all my shares of verge when it peaked at 1400+ satoshi, I sold at 1399, only to rebuy at 901 and sold again at 1115, but keeping 25% of it to cash out at the end of the year. It wouldn't have matter to me the coin, I just buy the hype and sell the news for every single coin out there. However, having said that, I do think that Verge did deliver on this one and partnering with Mindgeek opens a lot of doors and revenues for not only Verge but for other cryptocurrencies as well.

Edit: Ripple has so many partners supporting it, but if their tokens are not actually being used or implemented in some way then it kinda defeats the whole purpose of a partnership. Verge has both the token use and the media exposure around it, while ripple only has the exposure. At the end of the day, I would rather have my token use and being exposed is a bonus imo.

Excellent video mate. I had to post on Doug's channel and crypto invester too. They both stated verge was a scam and both channels couldn't apologize for their comments. Crypt0 channel had the balls to say he was wrong and I've got big respect for him to actually come out and say that. This will eventually be huge and the dev at verge has to be applauded for getting this partnership.

Set up a Coinbase account
Buy BTC/ETH
Make a Binance account
Transfer it to Binance
Exchange that BTC/ETH to Verge
Withdraw it to a wallet (Not necessary I think)
Send it as payment to PornHub

I agree, I think it is a good step for adoption. But really think we need Verge on Coinbase or easier way for newbies to buy Verge. Will newbies Coinbase, exchange, send to porn site, doubtful. It’s just the beginning. Cam’s tipping Verge would be good idea too.
