Dude, Bitcoin Cash is 5 times younger then both those coins with a much bigger marketcap. It outperformed both of those currencies, in fact it’s the fastest growing coin in 1 year of any of the cryptocurrencies. I don't think your comparison of Charlie Lee advising to buy Bitcoin over Litecoin is similar to Pepsi endorsing Coca cola. Those two companies are competing whereas Charlie is effectively making Litecoin a side chain of Bitcoin. He doesn't want to see Litecoin overtaking Bitcoin, but little brother helping big brother. Bitcoin will always be #1 but Litecoin can get dragged along with its success. It's a good strategy.

Recommend it's not a time to hodl coins
BCH volatility is scary (or scary-good if you play your trades right). But I love LTC. It always seems to hold value well compared to BTC drops, and rebounds quickly. I actually use LTC as a currency (image that), and it's great– fast and cheap to pay for things online, and usually with a substantial discount for using crypto instead of credit. BCH transactions are also fast, but again, volatility. Holding my ETC until furthur notice…
