  1. Phil, I find your channel very helpful. I started investing late and made those exact mistake you talked about in this video. I overcame them by moving on, that is, deduct the losses on my taxes and went out to find other opportunities. I'm not sure what else I could do other than to admit my mistakes and take the losses.

  2. how to tell how much a company is really worth? isn't it total asset + free cash – debt? and see how much is less than market cap? and what percentage of overprice is acceptable?

  3. Could you make a video for us to learn how to value a business? So when a business is down, we can know whether earlier was just a random boost or whether it will rise again. Can you learn this from balance sheets, free cash flow, etc? I am struggling to understand

  4. Hey Phil I just want to say thank you for all the resources and knowledge you have made available to the world. I am 18 years old with a passion for investing and I am learning so much every single day from you and other books and people. I'm incredibly excited for my future and I also want to say that it would truly be an honour to be able to meet you in person someday.

  5. Hey Phil, love your videos. About cheap or not cheap companies. I am looking for P/E < 15; P/BV < 1 and Debt/Equity < 0.5. Then I look at the sector to see if I have a clue. What could go wrong for me???? 🙂 Thanks
